An assistant that knows your company, and only what you may see

Ask in the web app or in Microsoft Teams. Workdome answers from live records and your own documents, within the permissions of the person asking.

Questions about your own work

The questions people otherwise ask HR or their manager, answered from Workdome's records rather than a copy of them.

Leave and attendance

Your leave balance, your pending leave requests, whether you are marked in today, and the upcoming holiday calendar.

Who is off

Who is on leave today or tomorrow — limited to the people you are allowed to see.

Approvals, tasks and requests

What is waiting for your approval, the tasks assigned to you, your open service requests and the assets issued to you.

Your team

Who you report to and who reports to you, without opening the org chart.

Answers from your handbook and the user guide

Upload your HR handbook and Workdome indexes it. Policy questions are answered from it, and how-to questions from Workdome's own user guide.

Sources, not guesses

Each answer lists the passages it was built from. When nothing relevant turns up, the assistant says so and points to HR or support instead of inventing a policy.

Links you can actually open

When a guide article answers the question, the assistant links to the page in Workdome — and only if the person asking can open it.

A one-card read on the business

In Teams, a summary command and a scheduled digest pull CRM, HR and finance figures into one card, with a one-line AI headline on top. Each reader sees only the sections their role permits.

Under your control

Off until you turn it on

Each knowledge source is switched on per company by an admin. Nothing answers from your handbook until you decide it should.

Retention you choose

Stored questions are deleted automatically after the retention period you set — 90 days unless you change it.

Permission-scoped by design

The assistant uses the same default-deny permission model as the rest of Workdome. It cannot show anyone a record they could not open themselves.

See it on your own data

A demo runs on a tenant of your own, so you can load your handbook and a sample of your records and ask it the questions your team actually asks.
